Darndale Racing Pigeon Club was set up back in the 70's in
Darndale. The club has had many members throughout the years and are always looking for
new members within a 1 mile radius of the clubhouse which is situated at Belcamp, Coolock,
Ireland.
The club has many pigeons and
lofts. Each member has approximately 40 - 50 pigeons, which make the total approx. 1100
pigeons in the club. The pigeons are sent out to race every Friday from 18th May to 10th
September.
During the year of 1999 the
club changed it's name to Coolock & District Racing Pigeon & Social Club.
